Return & Exchange Policy

For returns and exchanges, Euroalcous adheres to a strict 30-day policy from the date of purchase. Upon verification and acceptance of the return request, Euroalcous will either replace the bottle(s) or issue a refund for the relevant amount. Please note that refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment and may take several business days to reflect in your account, in compliance with federal refund policies.
